Salon Policies


Appointments /

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule.

Cancellation /

In consideration of our other clients and our technicians we request that you reschedule or cancel your service within 48 hours of your appointment. If less than the required notice is given, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the scheduled service fee(s).

*Failure to arrive for an appointment may result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service fee(s).

Service Guarantee /

We value our client’s happiness and we understand that sometimes we may not always get things just right. In the event that you are dissatisfied with any service we will gladly make the corrections necessary to exceed your expectations within 7 days of your original appointment.

Product Returns /

All product purchases at Salon Venustas are 100% guaranteed. Unopened retail products may be exchanged or returned, with the original receipt, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Opened retail products may be exchanged for another item or store credit within 7 days of purchase.

No refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash or gratuity.

Points and Rewards /

For every dollar you spend on a service you receive 100 points or $1.00. Once you accumulate 5,000 or more points you may redeem your points for hair care products or service. It’s a great way to try a service on the Treat Yourself menu!  Your points with us will never expire.

Payment /

We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Debit Cards.

Gratuities /

Although our stylists and shampoo technicians greatly appreciate your tipping, it is ultimately left to the customer’s discretion. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept gratuity on credit cards.
